Make Time To Write This Year

As the new year approaches, everyone is making resolutions right and left.

What about a resolution to write more – to make time to write?

How do you do that?

 Schedule Your time

  • Block out time in your day for writing purposes.
  • Wake up earlier or go to bed later.
  • Fill any voids in your day by writing. Try bringing a notebook with you when you go places, so you can write while you’re waiting for the kids to get out of school or before class starts.

You make time for the things you care about. You spend money on the things you care about.

Make time for writing in your life.

  1. Okay, Robin. I’m making time to write. But I’m going to SET writing goals–see tomorrow’s post. I’m going to be accountable to you. Are you willing to be that buddy? I hope so. I appreciate you. You motivate me to write. Thank you!

Yay! It’s so nice to have someone to be accountable to, as well. Someone who both inspires me and challenges me and whom I know won’t let me slide.
